Emilia Skirt

Modest, classic skirt with lots of pretty details for a simple, elegant look.
The skirt is wide and gathered onto a high waistband, ending in a frilled hem edged with narrow lace. It is finished with two rows of pintucks
and a row of gathered ruffles.
