Pannier Skirt

Full skirt with fancy draped side details.
The skirt features two handkerchief-draped pannier-style side pieces, trimmed with narrow pointed Venise lace. The drapes are ruched and gathered to form a bustle effect at the back and finished with ribbon bows at the sides.
