Postage Costs and Information

Both domestic and international orders are sent via Royal Mail.
UK deliveries are sent either by first-class Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery (required for orders over £50, or available on request.)
Customers are responsible for postal charges. You will be charged exact postage plus a processing fee; we do not make a profit on postage. Our standard packaging is a padded envelope, but you may request a box or other packaging if you prefer.
International deliveries are sent by AirMail. This is the fastest method available, and usually takes 5-7 days depending on location. Orders totalling over £70 will be sent by registered delivery for extra insurance. You can also request this option for smaller orders.
Once they reach your country, international deliveries are the responsibility of your local postal service. We have no control, or knowledge, of which service will ultimately be in charge of delivering your item to you, and cannot request any special treatment from them. We are not responsible for any customs charges or delays that may result. We have no foreknowledge of customs charges etc and will not falsify information to avoid charges. International customers are advised to become familiar with the customs processes for their respective countries.

This chart is for estimated postage costs only, so you have some idea of what postage will be before you order. The exact cost of postage cannot be determined until your order is complete and ready to be sent; however, it will not be vastly different from the estimates shown here.
