Ruffle Skirt

A basic full skirt for all styles of outfit, sure to be a useful item in any Lolita wardrobe. Wide bell-shaped skirt gathered onto the waistband, with a row of frills round the hem. This style can be customised with different lace and frills for a fancier look; examples are shown below.
