Scallop Frill Skirt

Full, shaped skirt with fancy hem, that looks especially good in contrasting fabrics.
The front is cut in a quarter-circle for an elegant shape, with a gathered back for fullness. The hem is scalloped and has a frill of contrasting fabric underneath. The high waistband has an elasticated back for easy fit. The hem is decorated with contrasting grosgrain ribbon trim and narrow guipure lace.
